From what we've researched, this was a limited edition available for the 1997 convention. We noticed a tiny piece of damage on the bottom edge (see the last picture), there may also be some paint wear on the shrubs on the sides but that may be how they were originally. Finally the railing on the roofline can bend but can be carefully be bent back into place. Please see our picture of ACTUAL item and condition.
